From beginners to advanced polers, our commitment to continuous learning means there's always room for growth and development.

Pole 0
This beginner class will introduce you to the foundational skills of pole, allowing you to get comfortable with the pole and build the strength to move into Pole 1. This class is designed for those who are new to pole and would like to build some foundations and strength before going right into Pole 1.

Pole 1
In these pole courses, you will uncover fundamental Pole techniques and conditioning. Pole 1 offers comprehensive instruction on spinning, climbing, and executing fluid movements up, down, and around the static pole, while also focusing on strength development.


Pole 1.5
Now that you have some of the fundamentals down, in Pole 1.5 you will start to combine those moves together, working on combinations and flow. In Pole 1.5, you will not only learn new moves but you will also start to prepare your mind and body for inverting in level 2.

Pole 2
Pole 2 prioritizes precision and control in your movements, while also emphasizing muscle conditioning and strength-building exercises for moves like Brass Monkey, Shoulder Mounts, Leg Hangs, and Handsprings. Gain the foundational skills necessary to tackle advanced combinations and tricks on both static and spinning poles.

Pole 3
Delve deeper into the artistry of pole fitness and dance with Pole 3. Pole 3 is all about crafting combinations and allowing students to explore the intricate choreography of pole dancing at an elevated level. Prior experience with advanced techniques such as the reverse shoulder mount and controlled inversion are required before Pole 3.

Pole 4+
Welcome to our Pole 4, these sessions focus on introducing new and emerging moves, combinations, and techniques while prioritizing precision and poise. Our classes offer a unique opportunity for continuous learning, as our experienced instructors are committed to pushing students beyond their limits to foster growth and mastery.

Spin Pole & More

Spin Pole 1
Perfect for those familiar with Pole 1, Spin Pole 1 offers a refreshing twist as we refine your existing skills on the spinning pole. Dive into new holds, sits, and tricks while mastering control. Through combinations and flow you will create seamless transitions to boost your confidence and strength. Our structured classes are designed to help you progress through strength and skill-building. Join us for Spin Pole 1 to pave the way towards leveling up to Spin Pole 2!

Spin Pole 2
Spin Pole 2 is a dynamic class designed to elevate your spin pole fitness skills to the next level. Explore the art of executing inverts and intermediate moves on a spinning pole while mastering seamless entries, transitions, and exits. This class is tailored for those who have a solid foundation in pole fitness and are ready to expand their repertoire. Poleography
Join us as we explore captivating choreography blending pole skills, fluid transitions, expressive dance, and freestyle movements. This class promises to stimulate your memory and coordination while igniting your passion for pole fitness. Embrace the versatility of static and spinning poles, and occasionally, we'll even venture into routines without the pole. Poleography is open to students with prior pole experience or a minimum of 2 pole classes under their belt. Elevate your dance skills and expand your pole repertoire with us today!

Open Pole
Experience the freedom to hone your skills and unleash your creativity during our exclusive open gym hours, available to members only. Whether you're perfecting a new move or refining your technique, this dedicated time is yours to explore and grow. While our knowledgeable instructors are on hand to provide spotting assistance and guidance, please note that there is no direct teaching during open gym sessions.  Embrace the opportunity to elevate your pole fitness journey and unlock your full potential at our studio's open pole.
